This guy keeps things running like clockwork for his boss, the Administrator. With his computer-like precision he carries out orders to the letter, just don't give him any guns! The Administrator made this mistake once and the whole SkyCity had to evacuate. You get two figures, one giving orders to his SkyCity Cop minions, and the other armed and ready to "KILL ALL HUMANS". It comes with a SkyCity themed base, and pre-supported versions too. Renders show one of the guns incorrectly mirrored, this has been corrected in the final STLs.
